  1. How do I order on Ahmarket.com ? Ordering is easy the basic steps are outlined below: 

  - Browse the site for the product you require 

  - Add the product to the cart 

  - Proceed to the checkout 

  - Follow the directions on payment 

  - Await conformation once payment has been done.

  1. IS THERE A LIMIT ON QUANTITY OF ORDERS OR QUANTITY OF PRODUCTS IN ONE ORDER? 

In the interests of all our customers, we may place restrictions on bulk buying of some products. Ahmarket.com reserves the right at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity per person, per household or per order. The said limitations may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Ahmarket.com will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. 

 

  1. How do I know if my order has been successful? 

Once your order has been accepted you will receive a notification in the notifications panel. 

 

  1. Can I cancel my order? 

 
You can cancel the order at any stage of the process without incurring any additional fees or charges. For assistance in this matter you can always contact the customer service team who will be happy to assist in this matter. 

  1. Multiple product orders: 

 
If you have ordered multiple products in one order, we will try to ensure they are all delivered together however this also depends on the type of products ordered, some products are large and delivered directly from the supplier or warehouse, in these cases we will not be able to have them delivered together. 

  1. What is the minimum order value  

To proceed with confirming and dispatching the order it should retain a minimum value of 20QR

Payments options are through credit and debits cards,we also offer you the convenience of paying cash on delivery for supermarket orders with values up to 500QR.

Yes, once the order has been accepted you can view or print your receipt from the orders section in your account. 

  1.  Does Ahmarket.com store any credit/debit card details? 

No credit and debit card details are not stored by Ahmarket.com

  1. Where does Ahmarket.com deliver to ? 

Ahmarket.com delivers all over Qatar, however some remote areas are restricted 

  1. How much does the delivery cost ? 

Delivery costs 10 QR for orders below 100QR. Ahmarket.com offers its customers free delivery for all orders above 100 QR  

  1. Is it possible to schedule a specific delivery time ? 

Ahmarket.com delivers all supermarket items and small electronics within on of 3 time slots  that the client pick ones placing the order. Furthermore all items related to our warehouse and vendors section will be dispatched within 30 days with previous communication from dedicated to arranege a suitable delivery date and time.

All products from Ahmarket.com carry warranty, this is visible on the physical invoice delivered with the product, please make sure you keep the invoice as it will be required for proof of purchase in cases of service etc.
